The following is a list of terms and conditions for participation in Pragmatic Play’s ‘Drops & Wins’ Network Promotion (the “Network Promotion”) by Pragmatic Play’s operators (the “Operators”), whether offered directly or through a platform provider. The Network Promotion shall run from 5th March 2025 to 4th March 2026 (the “Network Promotion Term”) as a global promotion for Pragmatic Play network and games. By participating in the Network Promotion, you hereby agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Drops & Wins – General terms and conditions

• This Network Promotion is operated by Pragmatic Play. The prize pool is shared across the network of operators who opt in for this Network Promotion.
• The Network Promotion includes 364 daily tournaments (each a “Daily Tournament”) and 364 daily prize drops (each a “Daily Prize Drop”) which will run weekly throughout the Network Promotion Term.
• To participate in any Daily Tournament or Daily Prize Drop, players must open any of the participating games and join.
• The total expected prize pool for the entire Network Promotion is €/£ 25,480,000.
• Prizes may be won as a fixed cash amount, a multiplier, an Instant Bonus and/or a Free Spins Bonus.
• Players in a Daily Tournament may win fixed cash prizes as set out in the Daily Tournaments prize table.
• Players in a Daily Prize Drop may win a multiplier of the winning bet, an Instant Bonus and/or a Free Spins Bonus.
• If the winning spin exceeds €/£ 1, the prize is paid based on a bet of €/£ 1, or the equivalent in the available currency, times the multiplier received.
• Free Spins Bonus prizes and Instant Bonus prizes won during a Daily Prize Drop are excluded from multiplier prize mechanics.
• Free Spins Bonuses may be awarded as ten (10) and/or five (5) free spins on the same participating game in which the prize was won.
• Instant Bonuses may be awarded on the selected participating game for the same bet as the winning bet.
• Once awarded, Free Spins Bonus and Instant Bonus winnings have no wagering requirements.
• If the bet in a Free Spins Bonus or Instant Bonus winning spin exceeds €/£ 1, the prize is paid based on a bet of €/£ 1 or the equivalent in the available currency.
• If the participating game has no €/£ 1 bet, the prize is paid on the next available higher bet.
• Free Spins Bonus and Instant Bonus prizes are awarded on the same day they are won and stay valid for seven (7) days.
• All prizes won during the Network Promotion Term must be paid as fixed cash with no wagering requirements.
• Pragmatic Play may change the game used for Instant Bonus prizes every four (4) weeks. The selected title is communicated to operators one month before each new promotional month.
